Not necessarily. This is good for getting plots. NFX should get a few ideas from it - I certainly have

I just had an idea for a comic. I'll have it up sometime tonight, unless I forget it. Gropaga, since I was told you're Japanese, you're going to look stereotypically Asian unless you give me a description of how you'd like to look

Actually, though voiced by seiyu, not many characters in anime are TRULY Japanese. See, for example, Azumanga Daioh. Osaka is American
