Final Cut Pro, but you need to be able to KNOW how to edit and fix audio, it will not just piece together right in front of you. Learn to do these things before you go off and do whatever you want, that is why we bash you... so you can learn so we don't have to repeat ourselves...

Grab a Macintosh. Use iMovie. It will essentially build the video for you.

I use Windows XP movie maker for my stuff.

Also, why are you asking? The only reason you want some good video editing software is because you're YTP tennising me, so there's really no point.
