I'm not sure if it counts as a gig but I'm also going to see dirty Sanchez live in December because it's only 5 minutes walk away from my house

Seems like you've found the Cynic-inspired squad (Veil of Maya is even named after one of their songs).
All things considered you'd probably really like early and new Cynic.

I may go to Bloodstock this year if the lineup improves a little; already got Testament, Behemoth, Sanctuary, Deicide, Iced Earth, Nile and Corrosion of Conformity on the list, which is pretty promising, but some more bands will really decide it.
