Title: Geocaching!

But yeah, I do quite a lot of geocaching, it's pretty fun.

Post by: Serge on June 02, 2010, 11:53:31 AM: Basically you enroll on a site (either geocaching or my favourite, opencaching). You can then view a map of the world with a lot of caches (usually tupperware containers with hidden gifts inside). You then get a handheld GPS unit, put in the coordinates and use them to hunt down the cache (sometimes it's not exact, some of the caches move...). Once you found it, you can take anything from it provided you put in something else. It's a very fun way to connect IRL via the internet.
