Discuss? Maybe someone did the same paper and you can.. chat? XD

That one had a very easy second part (descriptive writing's one of my favourite parts of english) but the first part was annoying because of that scavenger/mercedes poem.
It is NOT, regardless of what my teacher says, stating that democracy has failed because there is such a huge gap between rich and poor!
Democracy does not mean equality.

And that one was actually a resit, because apparently a low A* isn't good enough for my english teacher :confused:

Benefit is that i've done at least half of them last year, but they're still rather boring.
And the invigilators really bug me, especially the one who did our french listening test last year, the cow forgot to skip the CD forward to higher tier questions, and then made us wait in silence for 5 minutes while she got somebody else to come down and fast forward the CD for her!

That's more the fault of the Teachers' Board rather than the teacher themself.

"How many children in your class got full marks?"
"26"
"Right! This year, make it 30! Or you get a paycut."

(This is how they used to do things in colleges at least (when I say "used to", I mean like in around 2002, when my parents were college lecturers), but I dunno about schools nowadays. It's probably fundamentally the same)

I noticed- although I have to ask you something. Why do you consider swearing such an offence, compared to say, spamming or attacking other users?

It's pretty lulzworthy. Apparently it's just an muriple choice quiz (which is uncommon here, we mostly get "open" problems to solve), and last year people finished writing it after 6 minutes :P.

Ah, OK. Still, with Maths and French available as seperate subjects, it does seem like the most pointless thing since "How to Speak French" was translated into French.

It turns out you were right about the surface area question SM. When I squared 2x I made it 2x^2 rather than 4x^2.

PE is an available A level, and has a written exam. Problem? You look at muscle use in different sports, and stuffs like that.

Also, R.E. today was crap. I'm glad I'm not doing it for A level. Latin Language Paper 1 was easy, though.

Those were my grades on my Final exams.

No, some of the county's exams have 10 extra questions. Don't kill me for it, I'm just a kid. :P
