It's sh**ty enough, crap like this has been posted enough times, and given playzooki's track record it's basically regarded as a troll.
Oh I'll be doing some banging.......

By the looks of the logs, Nary actually muted him for more dubs thread spamming.

Certainly some time was spent and though this isnt for me, theres a few nice riffs in there. Bottom line is that as long as you're having fun making music you should keep doing it.
No he really shouldnt.

Yes, he really should. My music was as bad as this when I started - 3 years and a crapload of effort later, it managed to be half-decent. Keep at the music, playzooki - but, for the love of &*@#, don't charge for it! Get a Soundcloud and really put effort into your stuff, and then put your effort-filled stuff on the Soundcloud, get some feedback, work on the feedback, and keep working up until you've got enough material for an album. That way, not only do you make stuff that people want, but you're improving at the same time, and giving it away for free at the end of the day - and really, what's wrong with that?

It sounds like something that would sound better on a SEGA Genesis. One thing that really grinds me, is when people make rock music without actual instruments and use soundfonts and patches that sound nothing like a real instrument. The drums are bland, the guitar is a poor attempt to replicate a real one, there aren't any real lead guitar parts except for the ear numbing power cord progressions. Also, your compositions aren't really appealing either, I can tell you used the pitch wheel on your controller multiple times to change between chords instead of actually playing a different cord with the keys, it's a pretty lame excuse for a chord change and it's just bad composition. At this point, it's also really atonal, it doesn't follow a particular scale that is underlined (which would have helped if you added actual leads). The parts where there are "lead guitars" are laughable at best, just repetitive single notes wavering back and forth from your original pitch when you feel like it, there is no consistency at all. So, Tonally and Instrumentally, this piece fails. The fact that you want money for this is a bigger disgrace to actual struggling musicians who take time to learn how to properly compose and write music.

I actually kind of like it, I agree with RR, it sounds like something from the Megadrive though that isn't a bad thing. Especially because it reminds me of Doom.

Keep at it.

Yes, and DooM on the Sega MegaDrive sounded like computer-generated farts.

How are you going to stop him? By crying here in GTM?
rekt

Haha I can see an argument coming on.... Well done, Sherlock

Anyway what's this? You posted it to Piss people off? Certain people IRL That's hilarious. No. Why three illuminate logo's humour. and charging for this?need to make money somehow You make me laugh! And you make everyone else laugh
Keep uploading random ass stuff like this and you'll be banned! well i havent been banned yet (except one time for something i didnt do.

My thoughts are pretty much what MassimoV suggested along with the thoughts I had about your last album. Once again, they aren't terrible to the point where I never want to listen to it again, but honestly, I wouldn't listen to this during my down time.

Rating: 5.0/10
Thanks for the constructive criticism, I'll bear that in mind for my next release.

cut it down to minute long blasts and lose the repetition. get some better drum sounds or i can send you some, then run it through a humanizer plugin. if you cant get a better guitar sound try running it out of your computer into an amp and micing it to record and you could probably be better than half of the 'nintendo-core' bands on myspace. maybe ill yell all over it and spit shine it for a kick if you take my advice

its not exactly good right now but theres something there if you really grind your elbows into it
Thanks, I'll bear that in mind. This was all done in midi, i could use live drums but i just dont have enough skill and i have no decent recording equipment.

oh come on what wet pussy muted the guy
did he seriously get muted for this

who let naryar be a mod again
so posting sh**ty music gets you muted now

okay
ikr

I don't actually blame frenchie for one, I mean it is pretty awful. It's genetic "metal" with no real instruments and no lyrics, so basically it's even worse than dubstep.
That's your opinion, so it doesnt mean i should be muted

What a lame excuse. Where on gtm am i supposed to do my services for dubs?

Thanks. I got fed up with soundcloud a year ago.

Thanks. I didnt use a midi keyboard, I used TuxGuitar, a free open Source multitrack tablature editor and player. I rarely pay attention to scales, and apart from a small section just before the drum solo at the end of part 1, i used one guitar.

The 32x had it's own pulse-width modulation sound source. Sounds like 32x Doom used that and not the chip used on the normal mega drive.

You really should pay attention to scales, it's the most simple concept to grasp and any composer or producer should know at least something as basic as scales and counterpoint.
