Title: Display edges cut off?
Post by: Badger on December 25, 2011, 07:07:51 AM: I've connected my new PC to my TV via HDMI, and the edges ofthe screen are cut off. Nothing to do with the resolution has worked. Can anyone help?

Post by: NFX on December 25, 2011, 07:09:16 AM: Perhaps you have a Widescreen laptop, and your TV isn't set up for Widescreen, or doesn't support it.

Post by: Badger on December 25, 2011, 07:15:32 AM: It's a desktop, and edges are cut off all around, not just the sides, so it isn't a wdiescreen problem, I'm afraid.

Post by: Sage on December 25, 2011, 01:23:42 PM: It's the TV resolution, not the computer. Find the button on your remote to switch between the different TV formats.
