If you make a new website they have an option to build from scratch

It has all the code tools that way too..

You could delete your current site, then re-apply (on the first page of signup, next to '1 - Set Up Your Account' it mentions HTML only mode)

EDIT:
Don't bother deleting: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vJff1nFQGnU# (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vJff1nFQGnU#)

Do I have to make a full blown new account or just delete the site and re-make it?

Beware mega-annoying voice though.

WARNING: EYE RAPE.
Your site isn't an eye rape.
It just has a weird color scheme, but it has fairly clear navigation.

THIS (http://art.yale.edu/) is an example of eye rape.
(I've seen worse then this, just, I cant remember the site name)

Learning html = good.

You can do it in other ways (eg saving notepad file as a .html), but it's good, especially for showing progress. (:

Photoshop can create HTML pages that resemble builder-generated-stuff, btw...
(Sure it just creates a page of a bunch of images, but still...)

You should learn CSS and use Dreamweaver.

Even if you type 90% of the stuff in, seeing where things are as you type helps.
