Lightning hit my comp, so I had to upgrade it you know

I have a ATI Radeon HD 4800 Series video card

You'll wanna upgrade that ATI card, it's ancient and useless compared to the rest of your PC. Hell, your CPU's integrated graphics are probably better than it.

windows 10 is much better than windows 8. upgrade now and forget all about 8

Well I have 10 on my desktop and 8.1 on my laptop ...... but are OK, and 10 does cause irritations 8.1 doesn't, BUT Installing Classic Shell is a must so it looks like 7

Everything runs faster, windows 8 is meant for tablets, and it will keep getting updates while 8 will stop eventually.
