One of the main reasons I like cats best is precisely this one. But cats can be assholes too.Dogs need you all day every day, which is good but can be exhausting. Cats on the other hand, know how to take care of themselves, they act like they own you and are very moody. Cats can split into house cats and outdoor cats. Cats that stay indoors 24h a day tend to be more needy, less moody and stay with you for longer. Outdoor cats are a lot more playful and you can see them do some impressive stunts in your backyard. However they tend to stay out and gone for days. They don't really need you as a food source anyway. But when they want attention they really want attention.I think the reason why I like cats best is because they are less predictable than dogs.
If they actually ate them afterwards I wouldn't care so much, but alot of cats are dicks.
