I was wondering if FRAPS allows you to use a microphone to put your voice on a video?

I don't believe you can using Fraps, but you can always add it in later as narration in Movie Maker. Assuming you use Windows Movie Maker...

Erm, pretty sure I just did use FRAPS with narration. Just tick "record external input" and select your microphone.

Is that under movies because I only see detect best sound input or use windows input.

Could depend on your version, I suppose. I don't know what version I have, but I'm pretty sure you can't in mine.

Well yeah, if it's not there, just use audacity.
