I understand what HX is trying to say. It makes a lot of sense when you think about it. Techology makes life easier.... it just does. We really can't stop it now, becasue it is already in motion. We can try though, and who knows...
Any comments would be appreciated. :D

STFU VENKO.

Look, Hacker, Perhaps you are right. Perhaps the world will be ruined by the internet.

Perhaps you are wrong. Perhaps this is just the ramblings of a madman on the internet. Who cares.

Look, everyone I know uses the internet in a way you said, and in a way you didn't say.

I use Bebo to talk to school friends. Like you said. I also use it to arrange dates with my girlfriend. Not what you said.

I honesly think the internet ain't the problem you think it is, All that we need is more motavation to go outside.

There are spiders outside, that should be enough motivation for everyone. :D

You are right S32, people need to spend more time outside in the sun.
Any comments would be appreciated. :D

Viper, I think you need to stop assuming that your opinion is fact. I also think you need to stop using so many smileys and start typing on here with proper grammer.
Good evening.

Medicine has nothing to do with this, this is about computers, communication devices, television, etc.

Yes actually =P

Seriously though, I think HX_ has a point about technology, at least being partially responsible, for some if not most people choosing to spend more time inside than they do out. And as a result, they get to see people less, have less chance of meeting new people etc. And when I say technology, I mean the internet, computers, computer games, TV, radio, etc. Not medicine or nuclear bombs. And yes, it is a fact that America blew up part of Japan with one, not that they won the whole of WW2 with one. And whats with all the lols? Do you actually laugh out loud when you type them?

I'm not trying to pick a grudge with you though. Its good to know you're active outside (please don't brag though, I hate braggers) and that you're not going all on the offensive with me. You just give me the impression that you don't try and see things from other peoples points of view, thats all.
Good evening.

Viper.... Black Widows can't kill you in seconds with venom or poison, neither can Funnel Web Spiders, Brazilian Wandering spiders, any kind of tarantula, any kind of spiders, any kind of animal.

Skin Cancer is way beside the point.... though I do think cancer is cool.
Any comments would be appreciated. :D

I'm not trying to pick a grudge with u either;). I got better things to do, and Yes he has a point partially. I understand what he is saying and see from his point a view but it's just that technology has done so many amazing things throught out time to this current date( not talking about medicine) it just puzzles me. As for internet making people not seeing people less and meeting people Idk about that one, there is dating sites, webcams, social sites like Facebook, Myspace, And twitter, I've met people I would prolly never meet before using FaceBook and MySpace. In My website that mod phones there are Hackers and modders from all over the world That I would of prolly never of met if it wasn't for the internet. I agree about gaming keeping people inside When I get a cool game Like an Rpg game that takes a good amount of time to beat I play that for days at a time:-D. As for lol's no I dont actually laugh out loud the whole time u guys are not that funny;). And I wasn't bragging I was just stating that I play sports.

O thought I seen something on a Discovery channel that said something like that. Sense u know so much about spiders do u know the actual time that humans do have until we are in trouble when we are bitten By those type of spiders(I'm just curious :-D)

Lets see.... Black Widow bites tend to not be fatal (even without treatment) even though there venom is more powerful than a rattle snake. Sydney Funnel Web spider's (deadliest type of Funnel Web spider) venom can begin to have nasty affects as soon as 20-30 minutes, if not taken to the hospital can kill in a few hours. (Though it usually takes longer depending on the person and area of bite). Brazillian Wandering spiders venom is thought by most scientists to be the deadliest of any spider, and there are reports of it killing in 20 minutes. A safer bet would probably be death in 1-2 hours without treatment.

Theres your spider venom lesson of the day. :D
Any comments would be appreciated. :D

Yes Viper, you do have a point about meeting new people over the internet on Facebook and forums etc, but apart from the people you hook up with or specicfically ask to meet, are you actualy going to see any of those people in real life? And also my point is many people spend a lot of their time on facebook and forums talking to people. But like I said, how many of these people are they actually going to go outside and meet?
Good evening.

Well to begin with I don't use Twitter so........, and I was talking about "REAL" Medicine, like when u get sick and u go to the Doctors and they diagnose u for what u have and give u medicine to make u better? If u were trying to be funny I know u can do better than that;). @ Urjack thanks for the info about poisionous spiders I can now sleep better at night knowing If I do run into those type of spiders if I travel that I won't die in seconds but will have an hour or two to get some medical attention:-D
