Title: Animated gif maker?

What's a good animated gif maker?  I want to make some animated gifs using Youtube clips.

I use Easy Gif animated.. you can get a non restricted 20 use trial (you can open the program 20 times, once open you can make as many gifs as you like)

It also re-sizes and edits existing Gif animations too..

Worth the money..

You know, Photoshop can also make .gifs

Gimp works. Make a layered image, with each layer being an animation frame. ctrl+l to view layers (also to make sure you aren't just overwriting the old layer) then save as a GIF and click "save as animation" when prompted.
