After Effects Help

I recently Pirated aquired Adobe After Effects CS4 And The Action essentials 2 pack.

All the footage from the Action Essentials has black backgrounds and i want to know hot to get rid of it so i can put it in my Projects.

actually, I believe all of the Action Essential videos are pre-colored keyed (meaning there is no background). The default backdrop for AE is black, so it just looks like they have a black background in the video. Try putting something beneath it and see if it works.
