Not much of a problem, but it really is starting to <expletive> me off.
What happens is, I will be watching a video on YouTube, and I'll decide to jump to a different part of the video. I click on the time bar (the red bit that shows progress/gray bit that shows buffering), and my desktop freezes. The time bar will rapidly jump between the time it was at and the time that I clicked at, and the cursor will still move around, but apart from that nothing will happen. I can still do stuff, but I won't be able to see it, as the screen will be "frozen".
I can also Ctrl + Alt + Delete to bring up things like Switch User and Start Task Manager. The former works if I sign in again, but I have to wait for it to "unfreeze" to get there. Start Task Manager just sends me back to the "frozen" screen.
It doesn't happen all the time, though, which is what's confusing me. Does anyone have a clue what might be happening, and how can I prevent this?
