Go to http://www.gametechmods.com/rfshq/pafiledb and get the anti-ballasts.  Put them on your bot, add components, then remove the anti-ballasts.  Your bot will be overweight.

I am looking to get one. If I just want an anti-ballast and nothing else, which one should I download?
