Nah the pack is free, I'm just accepting donations to keep it going and extra services mentioned on my site in case people want custom components or something 3D printed.

Something 3D printed? I must have missed this, that sounds pretty awesome.
I was skeptical when you talked about donations before, but I realized I couldn't actually come up with a single legit argument against it, so now I'm all for the idea, especially with cool rewards.
Arena looks just as amazing as everything else you've done so far, and I'm looking forward to the release :)

I think members are allowed to use any arena for any tournament, because they're sorta "free to use" I think.

Cheers mate, this is probably one of the most significant comments I've had so far because that is how I want people to feel. I want people to feel like its a branch new game entirely and the fact that youve said I'm giving off that vibe already... it means a lot!

the donations have nothing to do with being hired for 3D printing work or custom components, its just in case people feel myself and whoever is helping at the time deserves it, plus it will kick us up the arse to make more stuff.

If anyone wants to see the 3D Printing work I've done for our modelling company then search 'Narrow Planet' on google... just be prepared to be bombarded with trains!

Hah, thanks man. The arena is a bit small I think but obviously I cant change that... I'm an accuracy nut! I think I'll prefer the Combots/Robogames arena when I make it because robots like Storm can have a good run up.

The RW arena upgrade is the one I was on about
And Minor Tom, not Major :P it's Plazmic Inferno's featherweight and pride and joy. And Martymidget drove it in a battle. And he drove it into Tinyhurtz who cut up the battery. And then hit the ceiling when it got pushed onto the floor flipper.
Marty isn't allowed to drive Minor Tom anymore.

While I appreciate the compliment,  I don't feel that I really deserve it. You are very talented and most of what you are doing is beyond me.

I could actually do with a hand of you if possible if you have time mate. I've made the Roaming Robots/Robot Wars Live arena, still needs the collisions and whatever makes the flip out zone and pit eliminate robots sorted, but if you could help me get this working then I'd really appreciate it, might throw in a bit of cash if you want.

It is really nice of you to offer but I'm fine with offering my services for free.

I'll need to hear more information if you'd like assistance with the collisions but I think I have enough information to fix your other issue. To eliminate bots that are OOTA or in the pit, just add this under the Tick method:

                plus.eliminatePlayer(each)
Then assuming self.players has been assigned, you just need to fine tune the -2 so that it is some Y value between the combat floor and the lower floor (where they sit when they are defeated).
