Double post,
Why has 09001 whatever his name is changed my reputation? I was simply saying I agree with RedAce and complimenting his new signature. What did I do wrong?

Right, ignoring Jaydee99's misunderstood, yet not very well said sarcasm...

Thank you everyone! I'm chuffed to bits with how it came out and I'm glad you all feel the same.  :approve:

Gazea2, your a life saver, I'll be messaging you shortly. Cheers.

Impossible343, the wings do indeed open but they have no effect on self righting as the servos are too weak. Its only really for show boating to be honest! The robot itself however will always land on its feet... unless flipped onto the beak or out of the arena which, combined with an extremely low ground clearance and damaging claw makes Razer almost unbeatable.

Right, just a couple of pictures of Razer and what makes it the best clawed robot created for/in the game.

#The robot itself is reasonably in scale, not too small that the motors and wheels don't fit and nowhere near being too large. The robot itself is around the scale size as Tornado and Pussycat if not smaller, making game-play feel more realistic.

#When the crusher is used, the tip will always seem to penetrate the opponent making the claw feel more like its doing its purpose.

#The claw unlike others can actually hook onto opponents shells or between extenders so with a bit of careful driving, you can dump them anywhere you please.  ;)

Next up... am I allowed to do Velocerippa? Mighty Mouse is just doing my head in.  :rage

That's awesome, I wasn't expecting to be that excited by a Razer rep (no offence) but those images make it quite exciting.

Razor is out of the world. And if you can't do Velocerippa, then by all means go for it. We won't complain......too much

Must have now... looks absolutely epic, sounds like it will actually work like it does irl which i am pleased about the other razer reps have never really been to effective at getting undernieth others effectively. who wins in a fight storm 2 or razer out of your reps??  i would like to see grim reaper and raging reality from S7 but its probably to similar to some of the robots you have already done :D

I missed the bit about Mighty Mouse. As much as I love Mighty Mouse over Velocerippa, if it's causing a lot of issues it does make sense. I'd still also love to see Gemini :P

This, although if it deals damage at a high frequency it would be way too OP.

Alreet, I guessed you'd give up after knowing what needs to be done Natster ;)

Right as you all know, many people have attempted Razer, the DSL lads, Wham and the animators that the BBC hired for the RW games.

(Image removed from quote.)

But now I give you, the HereticBlue take on Razer. ;)

(Image removed from quote.)

As you can probably guess... I am VERY chuffed with this!
A massive thanks to my mate who isn't on this forum as he helped me out with the texture for the claw sides!
Looks defiantly amazing! However, if I were to be picky, the holes look odd... That may be me, though.
Mostly a lurker and Sm4sh Bros. player nowadays. :3

Thanks lads, Its an absolute joy to use... which admittedly is unique for a clawed robot on RA2.

Thyrus, didnt know I had done that many! looks like the pack will be pretty damn big. What is the largest amount of teams someone has crammed into an AI pack?

UnknownR, I did think the same thing but every reference I've went off seems to have angled holes anyway at least before Razer had its make over and the wings were replaced.

Everyone else, Well If you all prefer Mighty Mouse then I'll guess I will have to have another crack at it. ;)

In other news, Tornado has had an upgrade. It has a better collision, lower ground clearence and no more bouncing around. Another addition is a new wedge to replace the first component I successfully exported with a skin. It now has the wall behind the scoop and the unique spikes to prevent robots from driving over the top so it is very competitive and to top it off, the frame and sides have been weathered so it actually looks like its been through a few battles. I might make an anti crusher frame for people to add by choice but it really depends if.. well. If I can be bothered frankly!  :p

Next up: Mighty Mouse, TAN, Tsunami, Spawn Again, Napalm, Ming Dynasty and Barberous 2-n-a-bit in no particular order then I'm throwing in the towel... until I kickstart the Subcribers DLC.  ;)

EDIT: forgot to answer, No the claw doesn't cause OTT damage but if it crushes your chassis then you'll last about 10 seconds. The pack is meant to be quite difficult and your robots will have opponents that they will not stand a chance against but that's the idea so A: its like the actual competition and B: it makes you plan tactics prior to the fight so you use your brain more rather than wiggling  your controller nobs around aimlessly.... Good luck!  :thumbup

Most of the ones you plan to do I understand but why Ming Dienasty, wouldn't Ming 2 be better. Good job anyway.

I like the idea of having unique weapons in the pack and I'll be making their Robogeddon product as a starter robot for people to either practice with or modify so you can make Zorro if you'd like. This should also help give them more business.

Nice update on Tornado. I feel Zorro could be cool one to make. Don't know why, but I kinda like the bot for some reason.

Applaud again my friend they're pretty good.

Just also want to say that I applaud you for keeping the project smooth and posting at a good rate. You have not let us down or made us wait months between updates so I thank you for that.
