Same reason as Kronic etc. Owned by a different company, so when this became an official RW mod, it became an issue having bots which advertised other companies. I hope everyone knows full well we'd include it if we could.

It should be, I doubt Click will have forgotten. He's got the files so it should be cush.

It's not just Razer and Kronic don't forget. There's Merlin, UFO, Predator, Venom. Then there's Battlebots competitions we can't do either being under the Robot Wars brand. The RA2 community is lucky they don't try suing the creators for the Battlebots AI packs. They are quite strict with legal stuff.

If any of them are released at all, they will be with DSL 2.2, and that's Click's territory. I imagine all the parts will be balanced his way. They're not being packaged in any way for this mod because they're not coming out with it.

At the end of the day, you guys are extremely lucky that any of these robots will be coming to you - and beggars can't be choosers.

The mod team are working very hard on creating loads of new in game bots, and if you feel self righteous enough to complain that one or two bots are being left out then frankly you don't deserve to have any of the robots at all.

The mods are having alot of fun playing with this game, there's no real reason to give it out to anyone else really if they don't appreciate what's been created. The quality level is amazing, far beyond anything else which has ever been created - so really, who the hell cares if Razer isn't in it. Razer isn't robot wars, the over a hundred robots which are in it make up robot wars - because robotic combat is terrible when it's just one robot.

So as said, you can either take the mod as it is, or don't take it at all - your choice. The mod teams doing the best job they can, and there is nothing anyone can say that will change what gets made in the mod

I think everyone was hyped up for Razer because it's probably the most accurate we've ever seen on RA2.
Being said, I think everyone that isn't a mod, me, should just sit tight and just wait. No matter who and who isn't included in this.

real talk, do I need to be worried about getting sued for making my replicas? I know I've made replicas of the same bots as there are in your pack.
