OK newtor you go there https://gametechmods.com/Robot_Arena2/Components/Combo_AI_&_SZ.zip

Download the thing.

And you put the extracted files into your main RA2 folder

Make sure to have a backup of your original Components.cfz is that goes wrong.

Just do what Naryar said, it is the easiest way.
