So I made this custom arena based on the Debenham Robot Rumble arena from 2000. I took the Generic Arena because it had a chain link fence round the side and I just reskinned the floor. I also reskinned over the hazards because the real arena had none and I'm hoping I can find a way to deactivate them instead of having to do it manually. I also need to remove the purple lighting in the corners and alter the outside lighting as well. Can anyone help me out with removing the hazards completely and retexturing the lighting? Thanks!

Awesome job :)

Thanks a lot! I was hoping I would find this type of arena somewhere but there wasn't one. Then I remembered the Generic Arena having a chained fence and thought I'd give it ago because it's a rather simple arena. Do you know how I can remove/change the lighting or deactivate the hazards?

Honestly, I have no idea, but I'm sure there's guides around GTM that could help you :) have a look at the complete tutorial index for stuff on arenas (not to plug my mod it but the new mod I released has a full guide on arenas in the tutorials folder)
I'm getting into making arenas on Blender atm so when/if I find out I'll send you a dm :)

Here's the updated version. I've removed the annoying purple lighting, the posts round the outside are flat grey to resemble a brick wall (I'll try and recolour the rest of the wall if possible) and finally the floor has been scuffed up so it looks like robots have left tyre marks on the wooden floor. This is almost done and it will be up for download when it is fully ready. No luck with turning off the hazards just yet and the re texturing on the top of the floor hazards may look out of place but for now it's the best I can do.

I'm not sure about those tire marks, maybe a little over the top?
Still pretty awesome though!

Arena is now up on the download section! Be sure to give feedback please!
