Title: Component skin needed

I can't figure out how to change the skin on the razerclaw component from Darkrat's pack.  Every time I try to, it just comes out looking black.  So, if anyone can help me, here is the image that I'd like to skin both of the Razerclaw components with:

If anyone knows how to skin with a TGA file, and would be willing to do this for me, I would really appreciate it.
