This Robot Arena 2 mod contains the robots featured in the first five Battlebots tournaments featured on Gametechmods.


More details to come.

This AI is meant to represent the first five Gametechmods Battlebots tournaments, held in 2011. I think signups might be closed.

I feel like you should mention that this is originaly for 2.1 but it compatible with 2.2 IIRC

Correct. Only one not so far doesn't work in 2.2. I would like to make it fully compatible with 2.2.

UPDATE 7/9/18:

- Progress on an arena is finally being made. (thanks Duck!)
- Added Battlebots End Of Match Music (thanks FOTEPX and Robobowler!)
- Added official Battlebots fight music
- DSC has sent me all of his bots that were previously lost!

Updated list of lost bots (If anyone has any access to the following bots, please let me know immediately):

I put Epitaph 2 on the bot exchange.

Honestly forgot that I ever entered that in a tournament... it must not have done very well!

Quick update:

- Epitaph 2 has been added to the roster. I contacted Masterath, and his robots are most likely lost. The only robots that still have a chance of being part of this pack are Scrap Daddy's (RUSH, CRASH, Stampede), and NFX's Revolutions Per Minute (I may need some help with this one, if anyone has ideas PM me).
- All robots are AI'd, organized into teams. The only large-scale work to be done is on the UI (team logos, splash screens, tournament labels, etc.)
- I may have to cancel the arena being released as part of this pack. It is currently being worked on as part of 2.3 and I don't want to delay this being released.
