Well I can never really get a good angle on it, some look cool, some look dumb, but heres a video:

But I will rebuild the chassis

I don't really think your chassis flows well with the rest of the bot, it just looks weird with the chassis being a thin wedge and it having this tall snowplows barely connected to it. I also think you can use a weapon array for the hammer instead of extenders.

The weapon array is a new part made for attaching weapons

better. I'd personally make the wheels a little wider, but besides that nitpick, it looks really neat.

yes it's still better

also it may not look as cool when inverted but no bot does look as good when inverted.

Trust me you'll rage less when you fight something and you get inverted by error.
