New robot.

Poseidon. Another IRL flipper, a bit like Toss Bax 2's dad.

Big problem though, it's 60kg underweight for a HW and I can't add any extra armour without it going over 800kg. Should I just fill up with extra juice for the flipper and drive?

Go for ants, with the weight saved add a bit of front wheel protection.

I'd say put some ants in there, and try to get the wheels inside the chassis. The NPC's sticking out at the front are a little bit unsightly as well.
