Cant join,even after manually deactivating proxy

When i try to go to register page,the proxy message appears,i tried going to go to Options>Options>Advanced>Network>Settings and check the no proxy box but after restarting firefox the message appears again

I tried with Mozilla,Chrome,IE and safari but still cant register

Hi I'm new guest trying to make GTM account and it seems that I'm not able to register.
I have checked if I have proxies on (which I don't) and tried using different browsers (IE, Chrome, Firefox, Opera Mobile and Opera mini)
I also have cookies enabled so I don't know any other things I should try.
