Windows 7 problems

So I have had this game for a long time, and really enjoyed it but I recently got a windows 7 computer and it no longer works right. I get all the buttons pictures messed up. I have attached an example. What do I do to fix this?

Get the 1.3 Patch in the downloads section.

And DSL is a mod for RA2, it's real fun.

I don't think so, I didn't know there was such a big community for this game. I do play a lot of other games though, so maybe that's where you heard it from?
