Title: UI Glitch

I've had this problem for a while now. Usually my main menu looks like this when I start up the game

And in rare cases, like this

There's other dumb stuff like tabs and weapon icons showing up all black like in the first pic, or jumbled like in the second pic. Doesn't effect gameplay, just want to know why this is happening.

somewhere along the line one of gib files has messed up

I posed the Starcore UI somewhere for download cant cannot locate it
