A error pops up when trying to make a hypodisc2.gmf. (AKA Hypnodsic version 2)

It says here (http://beetlebros.gametechmods.com/modding.htm#gmftrouble) that if you're using Dummy's GMF complier you need to have the RA2 CD in your computer, or just use a different compiler, like this one (http://beetlebros.gametechmods.com/files/GMFCompiler_FB.zip) from the beetle bros website.
