The rules state you only get 1 showcase per game mod, if I want to add a different robot as a showcase because i've updated and complete the old robot will I have to get the old showcase deleted by a moderator?

You just add the robot to the thread, showcases act as an archive for all your bots within the mod you have a showcase for

This would be pretty easily answered if you just went and looked at the showcase section, but you do you.

You can have one Stock, one DSL, and one Ironforge showcase and you can put as many robots as you want into each of them.
