Menu Problem

Im sure the question has been asked before, but how do you fix your start menu when it is all messed up and unreadable.  I have fixed it before, but for the life of me cannot remember how.

You have to download and install the 1.3 patch.  Make sure you install the correct one, though; there are separate versions for the CD and download versions of the game.
