Reflective Map other than Spherical/Cylindrical?

Is it possible for RA2 to render explicit map channel?

It sounds familiar.  I believe it's one of the things FB modded Dummy's compiler to be able to do, but I never used it because I don't know what it is.

According to 3D Studio Max, explicit map warps around the object (unlike screen/spherical/cylindrical).  While it does compile, it does not look anything like the sample image I show here.

isn't there pyramidal or something?

Pyramidal/SAT/None are Bitmap filtering, whereas spherical/cylindrical are reflective map type.

That's MATERIAL_SHADING I think.  Though I don't know how to use anything other than Blinn for RA2.
