RA2 stopped working

hecko folks, very often I get the failure message (mostly after a offline game): ra2 has stopped working, trying to solve...

im using RA2 stock (cd) patch v1.3 and win7 x86.

Can someone please help me ?

Have you modded the game     RA2 in any way?(Yes it's me)

actually yes, i have mod but i dont know why, i have for example a gun, a flamethrower, but i didnt use any of the new things, ill try the original game with v1.3

If you mean a cannon, flamethrower and hovercraft engine then those are just cheat parts that should be hidden.
