Author Topic: RA2 not letting me click anything (Read 5256 times)

I tried to go onto my RA2 file with the BoF bots on it, but it loads, I get to the title screen, it lets me move the cursor and stuff, but when I try to click "bot lab", nothing happened. I try to click "Exhibition", bothing happens. Even 'Quit', nothing happens. I have to use Alt+F4 to quit the game.

Help? (Yes, I can click things outside of RA2 just fine)

edit: Not working on any other RA2 file either.

edit 2: Not the mouse, I tried switching mice. Still didn't work.

I tried a completely different version, it doesn't work.

Have you done Alt+Tab to switch to another programme and back again? (I used to get this with Morrowind)

I'll try xing out of everything and using RA2, but alt-f1 worked on RA2 before.

No, you need to swap programmes so that the computer has definitely switched to RA2.

no, nothing else was on and the RA2 cursor appeared in the RA2 game, the "bot lab thingy lights up when I put my cursor over it but it doesn't let me enter the botlab.

Regardless of other things being on, it needs to 'Switch to task'. May sound stupid for asking, but...Ctrl+Alt+Del, then 'Switch to tsk'? Have you tried that?
