You can always use Autohotkey to remap one of your keyboard key into a mouse click.

How you make Alarm Clock Pizza is:

I have this same problem, but I'm not sure if re installing windows would help, because I run RA2 off of an external hard drive.

Started happening to me again on my home computer. Can't system restore because my last virus attack meant I can't restore to before this started happening. I don't want to reinstall Windows.
