Does it the patch say: "1628: Failed to complete installation."?
Well first check in the game that you have 1.00 version of the game. Go to credits and there reads what version you are running. Second you have to have cd version of the game.
Download it or buy it.
Then install the game.
Then keep the Robot Arena 2 cd in the cd drive.
Now apply the patch.
Now it should work.
If you have downloaded version through trymedia.com or at somewhere else you can't patch it by that patch file.
