Crashy crash crash...

Um, well, it crashes yeah. But the crashes got worse to the point of... crashing when I'm selecting teams/bots. Then crashing after winning a match. And then... crashing during the loading screen. I use Windows 7. Aaaand I love to multi-task, so I put the game in windows mode. So it may have to do with that... Any way to put it back in fullscreen other than going on the game?

Do you run RA2 from your programs folder? It may help the crashing if you run it from your My Documents folder.
I'm pretty sure you can Alt + Tab out of RA2 while it is in Fullscreen, so you don't have to go to the windowed mode.

Oh... It was in my desktop. It may have to do with that? Well least I saved my bots. ^^;

EDIT: Oh. BTW, I use the DSL mod.

And I just moved it into My Documents. Nothing.

My RA2 crashes all the time at random moments, always has, especially when selecting bots for matches. So I genuinely don't know if there's a solution.

Tabbing out causes my game to crash  or freeze most of the time. I would highly suggest doing it as little as possible.

Honestly this game crashes a bit more often than the average game, or just as often as the average unpatched game.

Yeah, you lose bots due to game crash and no botfile saved. It happens, you just need to switch to test arena often and therefore save your game.
