First of all, I would like to aapologise if this has been posted in the wrong section, I'm unaware of where it should otherwise go, and placed it where it felt the most apropriate at the moment.

Now, my issue is that for the last 2 or so days, I've been trying to build a round robot that spins, for a basic first robot.

My problem comes with the building however.

I can get everything to properly work, with the exception of the wheels. My wheels are never sticking out of the bottom, and the building grid appears to auto-snap them away from the ground, whenever I do try.

The only time I managed to place them on the ground, they were horizontal, and as such, useless for mobility....

Any Idea's?

Are they too small for the motor?

Nope, they attach to the motor properly, but I can't seem to get them to move to the bottom of the vehicle.

They just sit on the top of the vehicle doing nothing, just spinning XD

You've probably wired them wrong.
for forwards and back wire the left ones to spin anti-clockwise when your up buttons pressed and clockwise when downs pressed.
Then do the opposite of that for the right side.

are you building bots upside down? Take a screenshot and show us the internals of your bot.

For once the mods did something right

1. Attach motor with axle sticking sideways out of the chassis
2. Add wheel
3. Repeat for all your wheels
4.???
5. Success
Better than GK since 2009.
I think SM is a pretty cool guy, eh builds unicycle-bots and doesn't afraid of anything

1. Remove wheel from motor
2. Attach different wheel to motor.
3a. If it touches the ground, move to 4.
3b. If it does not touch the ground, go back to 1.
4. ???
5. Net Equity Gain!

It would help if we had some screenshots so we could see what you were trying to do. An NPC Fast and a Hypno attached to the baseplate should make contact with the ground, provided you haven't lifted the chassis up with anything.

*is surprised the SotG ripoff is asking help on building*

Make a showcase.

Oh, and as long as you don't raise the motor too much and the wheel is large enough, it will be fine.

He probably doesn't know to click the green attachment point on the side of the motor to make it lay horizontal.
