So you know how in DSL you export your bot to Robot Designs and you put it in a tournement. Well how do I do that in stock. I have the CD version of stock so to get to the files I have to open Start menu and find it from there. But when I export my bot it dosnt show up in the Robot Designs Folder. Please Help.

Here is the thing, It shows up as a disk thing (Robot Arena 2 (D:) Or somthing like that. I can only view the files when I have the Disk in. But when I put the disk in and I look at the Robot Designs it is not there,just the pre-made ones.

Try exporting the bot with the disc in.

I do(The only way to do that is if I have the disk in, I cant play the game without it)

You mean the downloaded RA2. Im entering a bot for a tournement and rebuilding it would suck.

No, I mean the discless patch on the downloads page of the forum. With that, I (think) you should be able to get the bot without rebuilding.

I dunno, I ain't used it. I guess you'd just run the .exe and that's it.

Hmm. Try moving the files on your CD into a folder onto your desktop, or do 'the other method'.

How would I do that?

Teams > (The number of the team your robot is in) > (The number of your bot, in order from top to bottom)

ALWAYS....ALWAYS get the LATEST patch....1.3 in this case. AND NO, you can not patch a game run from the CD, YOU MUST INSTALL THE GAME TO YOUR COMPUTER!!!

EDIT:ACAMS, I thought 1.4 was. I even have it.
