OMG i just clicked on EXTRACT and it said like "TEMPORARY FILE NO LONGER EXISTS." and the thing dissapeared!

you have downloaded it as a temporary file (did you click open instead of save ?)

Yes, but the rightclick menu doesnt have the EXTRACT TO DSL2.1 option.
These are the options.
OPEN WITH WINZIP
PRINT
SCAN WITH ESET NOD32 ANTIVIRUS
ADVANCED OPTIONS < CLEAN FILES, QUARANTINE FILE, SUBMIT FILES FOR ANALASYS
OPEN WITH < WINZIP, INTERNET EXPLORER, CHOOSE PROGRAM
WINZIP < EXTRACT TO..., EXTRACT TO HERE, EXTRACT TO FOLDER --------------------> ------->----> C:\Documents and Settings\Leigh\Desktop\thedslfolderthingy/DSL21, EXTRACT TO FOLDER, EMAIL DSL21.rar, CONFIGURE
SEND BY YOUSENDIT
SEND TO < COMPRESSED (ZIPPED) FOLDER, DESKTOP (CREATE SHORTCUT), MAIL RECIPIENT, MY DOCUMENTS, SEND BY YOUSENDIT, SKYPE, RA2V1_00 (E:)
CUT
COPY
DELETE
RENAME
PROPERTIES
