Title: Need help installing the AU Battlebots pack

I do not know if this is in the right part of the forum so forgive me if it is in the wrong place.
I am having an issue with the AU Battlebots pack, I really want to play with it however I install it and the game reaches the first splash, freezes then crashes. I installed it to a stock RA2 V 1.4, is there a patch to make the AI Pack work? I am using the V 1.1 version of the pack.

Are you definitely meant to install 1.1 first? It's not just an addon to a 1.0?

Yes there is no 1.0 of the pack available on GTM, and as far as I can tell it does not exist... There are 3 versions of this pack 1.1 1.2 and 1.3 thing is I do not know if they are fixes or what, should I just install them all to the folder?

It's been 6 years since I installed these... er... What do the descriptions for 1.2 and 1.3 say?

I've added download descriptions for AU Battlebots v1.1 (https://gametechmods.com/forums/index.php?action=downloads;sa=view;down=223), AU Battlebots v1.2 (https://gametechmods.com/forums/index.php?action=downloads;sa=view;down=222), and AU Battlebots v1.3 (https://gametechmods.com/forums/index.php?action=downloads;sa=view;down=221). After sifting through the files and reading the appropriate readmes, it looks like 1.1 is the actual pack and the other two are just patches for it.

To reduce the likelihood of error, we'll go over how to install them:

• Install a fresh copy of stock RA2.
• Just to be extra careful, make sure that your fresh copy is working.
• Run AceUplink_BattleBots_AI_Pack_1_1.exe.
• In the prompt, enter the path to your fresh installation and run it.
• Before proceeding further, start up RA2 and confirm that the splash screen has changed.
• Extract AUBattlebotsAIPack1_2.zip to a separate folder.
• Copy/Paste all of the files inside of the folder into RA2's root directory (in both cases, you should see AI, Arenas, Components, UI, etc.).
• When prompted, always select the option to Replace the existing file.
• Before proceeding further, start up RA2 and confirm that the splash screen changed again (it should now say "AI Pack 1.2").
• Extract BB1.3.zip to a separate folder.
• Copy/Paste all of the files inside of the "Robot Arena 2" folder into RA2's root directory.
• When prompted, always select the option to Replace the existing file.
• Confirm that the splash screen has changed again (it should now say "AI pack 1.3").
