N.o, this is n.ot asking where is everyone is, and yes, I do have Hamach.ie. (Although all the RA2 networks I come by seem to be full...) While basic multiplayer is pretty much dead, there are still quite a few people who get on and enjoy it. Including me. Thing is, so far I have only managed to join 1 game, out of around 20 attempts. What happenes most of the time is it says "incompatible program versions," it starts counting down from 10 and it gets to one and nothing happens, or it starts counting down from 10 gets to around 4 and then the countdown vanishes and nothing happens. I have the downloaded version of this game, and i have downloaded the 1.3 patch already. Any clue how to fix this problem, or why its doing this? Thanks.

check to see if a firewall pop-up comes up in the background of your game (alt+tab your game) then click allow for robot arena 2.

Maybe the problem is either the other person doesn't have the latest patch, or the other person hasn't port-forwarded RA2.
Users with routers can't host RA2 games before port-forwarding (Or enabling DMZ, which is stupid).

EDIT: If you need it, the port range for RA2 can be set as: 9791 - 9791

Sometimes playing multiplayer all is allright, but sometimes there very big lags, i can't understand the reason... Nothing changes but lags sometimes appears. Mayby need some extra settings?

Hmm... I have the same problem, but i little diferent, I dont use Hamachi.
I heard that u need Patch 1.3 to play Online (Without Hamachi)

But i update my RA2 to 1.3 & Modded it with DSL 2.1 Mod, Is that the reason why no server appears when i click the "Multiplayer" option?

i have the download version so i cant use the 1.3 patch ( i might get infs summer magic one though) multiplayer is very laggy and no one is on the hamachi server that i am on.

There is 1.3 patch for download version in the patches. If you can read, you should be able to find it in the patches section.
