Are all of the multiextenders supposed to weigh the same no matter how big they are?

No they are not, the first one is supposed to be 3kg and next ones increase by 3kgs.

I fixed this problem in my game by taking a fresh unchanged version of RA2 v1.3 and updated it directly to DSL2.1
