I recently had to reformat my computer and wanted to reinstall RA2 again, when I got this:

Strange... it worked to install RA2 before I did reformat my computer.

well if it worked before and not after im guessing that something must be missing off the computer related to Installshield

Though it may not be 'officially' kosher, we should really make 'whole versions' (RTR) available in a conspicuous place/stickied thread.  T'would save many users from headaches, and Tech Support a lot less busy-ness...

IMHO, I don't think Atari really cares about this game anymore, anyway...

I think we decided it was Abandonware.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Abandonware (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Abandonware)

"Abandonware is a term used to describe computer software that is no longer sold or supported"

if its not worried about it being posted/ stickied I can make a self extracting exe version for download so its only a double click to get it on the computer

Just to note, Sage's DSL has the stock test garage.
