Title: How to use specific parts
Post by: bgk67 on November 01, 2004, 07:22:03 PM
I hope this is the right place to start this topic, If not... I'm quite sorry.

Well, to start things off, I'd like any info on details pertaining to using the side skirts and hinges.

Thank you

First, attach the door hinge or skirt holder thingy (don't know the specific name) to the baseplate (raise or lower it to where you need it first, though.). Then, attacth the skirts onto the hinge, and then click on the hinge you used and set the starting and ending points (I dont think ending point matters). After that just set it to a button and it's done.

Hope I didn't miss anything, was there anything you needed to know in specifics?

im looking to make a biohazard style flexible skirt that basically flexes until it hits the floor.

Anyway.... what does the powered skirt... well.... do??

no it's not powered but that how we made it a hinge. it's made like a burst motor so you can adjust it and set limits.. it will work fine as hazard style skirts.
