Any help with this?

Combine? Why? DSL 3 gets applied to Stock.
-
They aren't meant to be combined. Some components, like the wheels are completely changed from their DSL 2.1 counterpart and will not work the same way that they would in DSL 2.1. I think this is what Click is planning to do in DSL 2.2 in the future.
-
You could always follow my guide to copy components and make them individually (or in drop down menus, up to you) and apply them to your DSL2.1 game. In the long run, you'll still have to edit the bot. file so the robot is compatible.
Hope I helped.

There are some components I'd like for both DSLs.
@Redace Oh, forgot about that!
@Jaydee Sure

You don't. As redace said, they're not meant to be combined, else the wheels fail, there are a dozen copies of components, DSL2 components get mixed up with DSL3 stats and vice versa...
it's liek combining ironforge and DSL, you don't.
If you want you can import specific components from DSL2 to DSL3 or vice versa. That can be done and I think I did that with the multiextender...

I do. Every bot I've been posting since Ironforge came out has Ironforge+DSL3.0 components. They aren't meant to be used competitively but it sure is possible to do.

well that's because you exclusively build artbots, and in your case it's fine
