In arenas, he's talking about.

Yeah in arenas :P

It's definitely possible in the GMF - I know because I remember doing it myself, though it was like 4 years ago so I can't remember how. I can prolly take a look if you'd like?

Yeah in arenas :P
On the screen that lets you pick which bots are in which spot, just put your bot in a spot that isn't the upper left one.
.....
Unless you mean something else.

Have a look at Madiaba's "GMF ('How-to' mods and notes)" thread (https://gametechmods.com/forums/index.php?topic=2310.0) and/or Serge's post in "DUCK'S GUIDE TO ARENA MODDING V1" (https://gametechmods.com/forums/index.php?topic=2004.msg53684#msg53684)

Oops, I thought it would be quiet simple like that.
Trov, G.K, I learned through trial and error how to export and code ect arenas and taught Daleksec7 for the purposes of the Robot Wars Mod. It's all been going swimmingly but there is something I have no idea what to do yet and it's been holding us back more than anything, and that is add arena hazards. Particularly flame jets, hellraizers, and placing lose objects like bricks & tyres.
Ducks guide helped start me off to a degree but I realised that it doesn't really get that far with the gmf editing to accommodate new textures and parts. It's all just really editing existing existing arena .gmfs by hand where as we use .3ds... Elp please lads?

Let me know if this thread (https://gametechmods.com/forums/index.php?topic=17773.msg677300) helps.

Cheers mate, appreciate it. Will have a read through later.

I haven't edited arenas in 3 years but it all seems to make sense and everything. Shhould be a really useful guide.
