How do you edit motor power through BFE?

I'm slowly getting to grips with BFE, but no tutorial I've seen tells me how to do this.

The power of a motor isn't in the bot file, you have to edit the component itself.
Find the .txt in Components (or Components/Styles for some) then use this guide

Ah, thanks, so could I copy a motor, edit it and use that just fine?

Yeah. It won't be tournament legal obviously but if you want to ramp the power up for your own use, that's how to do it. You could always make a copy of the component as a 'Style' so you have it in the drop down menu kinda thing, but for the sake of simplicity copying and editing the name/stats works well.

Yeah, I just want to use it funsies.I'll attempt that drop down menu since I like everything to look clean(though my bots wouldn't show it). Cheers dude.

Short answer, you can't.

And yeah if you need cheat motors you will need the cheat component in your robot folder, and it won't work for other people unless you share the component.
