How do I open Ace. files?

Alright, how do I open ace. files because I've just downloaded the Alphaism RWAI pack and it's an ace. file and I can't access it. SO HOW????

install winrar and when the thing shows up to ask you what types of files it can open there should be an option for ACE files

I think I have it but not sure. What should I choose?
