Hitboxes Breaking Randomly

Every once and a while the hitboxes on everything in the workshop seem to break, making it near impossible to attach things. Like I have to keep moving it back and forth as it flickered, looking like it's connected, for a millisecond. Takes me like a minute to finally get it into the sweet spot and place the hammer on the extender. Also while wiring the components up I have to click in a random sweet spot to get the wiring screen to pop up.

To answer your question: do you tab out the game while building? I noticed the game doesn`t like that and gives me the thing you got

Yes, I do a lot. That's most likely the answer. There aren't any known fixes for it?

IIRC, you can press the pause button before switching tabs back and forth. Alternatively, you can visit the practice arena and come back.

That and going to events seems to fix it.
